This is all about me in some way or another for heavens sake...... I love music, many kinds, I love to sing, I love to dance, I like to play rhythm instruments, I like my quiet times outdoors, day and night. I like to read. I write or journal. I love to watch a campfire. Hear a stream or creek. Watch the many kinds of birds at the feeders. Even Hummers in the summer & fall. I like the blues, I like reggae, I like folk and some country and bluegrass and I also like latin salsa. I like the intricate beats and rhythms or the story and or feeling being sung. Then there is just good old fun from Motown groups. On and on... I have my favorites to listen to while I meditate.
I enjoy movies, I can really escape and take a good break from the world watching a movie. I have so many favorites, never scary ones
I do like to read, usually have something to enjoy and something to learn about going. I enjoy adventure, some romance, biographies of people of interest to me, I read from 5 meditation/self help type books every morning . I read current novels and follow several authors. Never any mystery/crime, or murder type . The news is plenty enough of that for me, and I rarely watch or read that.....
